Plasterboard Worker

Our construction company in Shan is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and repairing plasterboard in residential and commercial buildings. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints, measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas, and install it using various tools and techniques. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout requirements.
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas.
- Install plasterboard using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Repair damaged or cracked plasterboard.
- Finish joints between boards using joint compound.
- Sand rough edges smooth.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan, India (preference for local candidates)
