Crane Operator

Our company in Vianden is seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate crane safely and efficiently according to job requirements and company policies
- Inspect crane before and after use, reporting any issues or malfunctions
- Rig loads using proper techniques to ensure stability and safety
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities including time sheets, maintenance logs, and safety reports
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to plan lifts and ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification/license
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of rigging techniques and load capacities
- Ability to understand and follow written instructions as well as communicate effectively with team members
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Salary: $1700 per month
