Office Assistant for Canadian Company in Plovdiv
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our Canadian company based in Plovdiv. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and record keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist with HR tasks including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office setting

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
