Finisher/Polisher

We are hiring a skilled Finisher/Polisher to join our team in Ufa. As a Finisher/Polisher, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing various materials such as wood, metal, and concrete to achieve a smooth and polished surface. Your main duties will include sanding, buffing, and applying coatings or finishes to enhance the appearance and durability of the materials. You will also be expected to work with precision and attention to detail to meet quality standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools
- Understanding of different finishes and their applications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, or filling imperfections
- Apply coatings or finishes using appropriate tools and techniques
- Inspect finished products for flaws or defects
- Make adjustments or repairs as needed
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (visa sponsorship available)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
