Finisher Supervisor

A finisher supervisor is responsible for overseeing the finishing process of various products, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are completed within a timely manner. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of finishers, providing guidance and instruction as needed
- Ensure that all finished products meet quality standards and specifications
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the finishing process
- Maintain inventory levels of necessary materials for finishing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication
- Train new employees on finishing techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong knowledge of finishing techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Bilingual in English and Hindi
