Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Al-Malikiyah. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the project from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on schedule while meeting quality standards. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in negotiating contracts, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing regular updates to all parties involved. You will also be responsible for managing the project budget and ensuring that all necessary permits and regulations are obtained and followed. The ideal candidate should have a degree in construction management or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, and strong leadership skills.
