Carpenter - Al-Khor, Qatar



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing wooden structures and objects according to specifications. This is an English speaking job open to Indian nationals who are looking for part time work without prior experience. Accommodation and biometric passport are not provided for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencil, chalk, and marking gauges
- Cut, shape and assemble wood pieces to build structures or items such as furniture, cabinets, doors, etc.
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, etc.
- Repair or replace damaged wood parts of existing structures
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client requirements
- Operate power tools such as saws, drills and sanders
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they align with specifications
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good knowledge of wood properties and other materials used in carpentry
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Proficient in using power tools safely
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Al-Khor, Qatar.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
