We are an innovative architectural design firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process and managing projects from conception to completion. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise will be crucial in creating unique and functional designs that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects, including creating initial concepts, developing detailed plans and drawings, and overseeing construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and create designs that meet their requirements.
- Utilize your technical expertise to ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Supervise a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer with a portfolio showcasing your previous projects.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficient in 2D/3D design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and colleagues.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. The exact salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.

Location:
Our office is located in Balzers, Liechtenstein. However, we are open to considering remote work arrangements for the right candidate.
