Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create new menu items and oversee menu development
- Ensure quality and consistency of all dishes served
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff
- Monitor food cost and maintain budgetary targets
- Implement food safety standards and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit/own visa in the UAE is preferred

Salary:
