Job Title: IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure of our company and ensuring that it meets the needs and goals of the organization. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure data security and privacy measures are in place and adhered to
- Oversee the IT budget and make recommendations for cost effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advise on their potential impact on the company
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes and implement necessary changes
- Lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and development plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, hardware/software systems, and data analysis
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-tech employees
- Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
