Industrial Architect - Eschen, Egypt

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as materials and construction methods commonly used in industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings and structures according to client specifications
- Reviewing building plans and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Developing cost estimates for projects
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project details
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Providing technical support throughout the construction process
- Preparing reports, drawings, and presentations for clients
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations relevant to industrial projects
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects
- Understanding of sustainable design principles
