Administrator - Al Buraymi, Oman
We are in search of an experienced Administrator to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Assist with payroll and invoicing
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Support other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Valid visa and ticket for employment in Oman (will be provided if necessary)
