Nurse Supervisor


The role of a Nurse Supervisor is to oversee the daily operations of a healthcare facility, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients. As the leader of the nursing team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of nurses, as well as coordinating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of nurses to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing education opportunities for existing staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Handle any patient or family concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Current nursing license in the state of Clairvaux
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current healthcare practices, regulations, and trends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1700 per month

This position is open to all qualified candidates who meet the requirements listed above. Preference will be given to Indian nationals. Fluency in English is not required for this position.
