We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Isa Town. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks in various areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting. You should have a strong understanding of different tools and equipment used for these tasks and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures
- Conduct carpentry work including repairing furniture, building shelves and cabinets, and installing doors
- Handle electrical tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing outlets, and troubleshooting minor issues
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Inspect and maintain equipment and tools used for maintenance work
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or requests
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner with attention to quality and safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting techniques, and other repair tasks
- Ability to use various tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand clients' needs
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects or standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a related field is preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Isa Town (accommodation provided if needed)
Visa: Own visa required
