Sales Manager - Pakistan

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Sales Manager for our company, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales in the Pakistani market. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in Pakistan
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Create sales forecasts and reports for senior management
- Train and supervise a team of sales representatives in Pakistan
- Develop pricing strategies that are competitive yet profitable for the company
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns for the Pakistani market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the Pakistani market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of the biometric passport industry is a plus
