Sales Manager for Indian or Canadian Applicants in Wiltz
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and negotiating sales contracts. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify new potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Negotiate sales contracts with clients
- Train and manage the sales team to ensure they meet performance targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
