Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects, from concept development to construction completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet all relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Review project proposals, contracts, and designs
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Mentor junior staff members

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Fluent English language skills
