Architecture Manager

We are a leading architecture firm based in Ufa, seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet high quality standards and are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the final result
- Collaborate with other departments such as construction, engineering, and finance to ensure project success
- Oversee budget management for each project, controlling costs and identifying any potential cost overruns
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architecture techniques to continuously improve our processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
