Handyman/Handywoman


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman/Handywoman to join our team in Triesen. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems, appliances, and other equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
- Work with contractors and other professionals as needed for larger projects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman/Handywoman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali proficiency is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
