Waiter/Waitress (Indian Cuisine)

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at an Indian restaurant in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and a strong background in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with menus
- Make recommendations and take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in an Indian restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must have own visa or be willing to transfer sponsorship
