Online Consultant - Balzers, Liechtenstein

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through online chat, email, and social media platforms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Monitor online reviews and respond to any negative feedback in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads from online interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in product offerings to effectively assist customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting products and services to potential customers
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must have own visa/work permit for Liechtenstein
Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month with the potential for growth based on performance.
Location:
This is a remote position based in Balzers, Liechtenstein. Candidates must have their own accommodation as no housing will be provided.
