Merchandiser Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Clairvaux. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing and strategic manner to drive sales. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create effective displays and promotions that align with our brand image and target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product displays and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research to identify current trends, competitors' strategies, and customer preferences
- Create visual merchandising plans that highlight key products and promotions
- Set up displays according to planograms, ensuring proper placement, lighting, and signage
- Monitor sales performance of products and adjust displays as needed to optimize sales
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding merchandising standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in visual merchandising or retail sales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of current trends in the retail industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Salary: $1400/month (with accommodation)
