Civil Engineer - Construction and Infrastructure
A leading construction company in Chelyabinsk is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects in the infrastructure sector. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits to assess project feasibility and make recommendations
- Creating detailed designs and drawings using CAD software
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Managing project timelines and collaborating with contractors and suppliers
- Conducting quality control checks on materials, equipment, and workmanship
- Providing technical guidance to project teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably in infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology
- Fluency in English
- Prior experience working on international projects
