Radio Technician


A radio technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment. They work with a variety of devices such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, and other communication systems. As a radio technician in Al-Rayyan, Pakistan, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and providing clear communication between parties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and set up radio equipment according to specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise with the equipment
- Test equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs conducted
- Provide technical support and guidance to users of the radio equipment
- Stay up-to-date with new technology and advancements in the field
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on equipment

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Previous experience as a radio technician or in a related field
- Knowledge of electronic systems and components
- Familiarity with various types of radio equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Working Conditions:
As a radio technician in Al-Rayyan, you will primarily work in an indoor setting, but may also need to travel to different locations for repairs or installations. The job may involve occasional lifting of heavy equipment. This position does not come with accommodation.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
