Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Isa Town. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality work, and adherence to budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Supervise on-site construction personnel and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality work and compliance with safety regulations
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Ensure projects stay within budget by monitoring expenses

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
