Construction Site Manager


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. As the Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and on-site supervision. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers and other team members
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients and upper management
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Prepare reports on project progress, budget tracking, and any potential risks or challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in project management software
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
