A reputable flower shop in Isa Town is looking for a skilled and passionate Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other events. Your creativity and eye for detail will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements based on client preferences
- Choosing the appropriate flowers, greenery, and accessories for each arrangement
- Maintaining the quality of flowers by properly handling and caring for them
- Managing inventory of flowers and supplies
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Maintaining a clean work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and their seasonality
- Ability to create stunning floral arrangements that meet client expectations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in event planning is a plus
