IT Manager

As an IT Manager for our company in Balzers, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems and operations. Your main goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient in meeting the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the use of technology to improve business operations
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance on technical issues
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place to protect company information
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Troubleshoot network, server, and software issues as they arise
- Create and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and user guides
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Monitor system performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, databases, and security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Demonstrated experience in developing IT strategies and implementing solutions that align with business goals
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
and effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with other departments
and teams

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Balzers (open to candidates from any nationality)
