We are a leading architectural firm in the city of Acre, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Oversee project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
- Ensure projects comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, building codes, and construction practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
