Experienced Handyman for Maintenance and Repair Work in Ar Rumaythiyah


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on various properties, ensuring that they are kept in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Inspect properties regularly to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance work
- Coordinate with contractors for more complex repairs or renovations
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong skills in painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and contractors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
