Junior Merchandiser

As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing inventory and product placement. Your duties will include tracking product performance, analyzing sales data, and assisting with the development of merchandising strategies. You must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills to succeed in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation and execution of merchandising plans
- Monitoring inventory levels and making recommendations for restocking
- Conducting market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Analyzing sales data to determine product performance and make adjustments accordingly
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintaining accurate records of all merchandise transactions
- Assisting with visual merchandising displays to attract customers
- Supporting the sales team with any additional tasks as needed

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with opportunities for growth within our company. This position is located in Triesen, so candidates must either be local or willing to relocate at their own expense.
