Restaurant Manager (Malayalee Preferred)

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Lusail. The ideal candidate should be Malayalee, with a passion for the food and beverage industry and experience in a managerial role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in food preparation.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Fluent in Malayalam is preferred.
