Restaurant Manager

We are a well-established restaurant in Lusail, looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing staff, recruiting and training new employees, creating work schedules, monitoring inventory and finances, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail. If you are passionate about the food industry and have the necessary skills to lead a successful team, we would love to hear from you. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
- Valid work permit for Lusail

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained at all times
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Create work schedules for staff members based on business needs
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times
- Manage finances including budgeting, forecasting sales, ordering supplies,
and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
-Manage customer complaints or concerns in an efficient manner.
-Motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service.
-Conduct performance evaluations for employees.
-Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
-Provide regular reports on restaurant performance to upper management.
