We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Consultant to join our team in Triesen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Build strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and offering solutions.
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions or escalate as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
