We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Clairvaux! As a Handyman, you will be responsible for various maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities. Your duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical systems, painting, carpentry work, and other general building repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises to identify maintenance needs
- Repairing or replacing broken or faulty fixtures and appliances
- Painting walls and furniture
- Fixing plumbing and electrical systems
- Carpentry work such as installing shelves, cabinets, or doors
- Performing basic landscaping tasks
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Skilled in using various hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
