Freelance Virtual Assistant in Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Freelance Virtual Assistant to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a virtual assistant, you will work remotely to provide administrative and clerical support to our clients. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize emails, schedules, and appointments for clients
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Conduct market research and assist with business development projects
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via email or phone
- Assist with social media management and content creation
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Own computer/laptop with reliable internet connection
- Must have a valid visa/permit to work in Liechtenstein
