Land Surveyor

As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data on the physical characteristics of land, including its measurements, boundaries, and topographical features. You will use specialized equipment and technology to accurately measure and map out the terrain. Your duties will also include creating legal descriptions and preparing reports for clients. This position requires strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Ability to interpret maps, legal documents, and engineering plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
- Experience with civil engineering projects
- Knowledge of local zoning regulations and codes

Salary: $1700 per month

City: Balzers, Liechtenstein
