Carpenter Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the work of carpenters on construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, and we are looking for candidates who have experience in carpentry and can speak Hindi or any other Indian language.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters on construction sites
- Ensure the quality and timely completion of all carpentry tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan and organize work
- Train new carpenters on techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and tools needed for carpentry work
- Communicate with project managers to provide progress updates and report any issues or concerns
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints
- Knowledgeable in various types of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills, able to give clear instructions and provide feedback
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Valid visa sponsorship for employment in Oman
