Merchandiser

Our retail company in Dar Kulaib is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication and organization skills, and a passion for creating visually appealing displays. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that our store maintains a high level of visual appeal. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
- Work closely with buyers to ensure products are ordered and received in a timely manner
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional displays
- Train new staff on merchandising techniques and best practices
- Ensure store layout is optimized for maximum sales potential
- Communicate with store manager about any issues or concerns regarding product display or stock levels

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in merchandising or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong eye for detail and ability to create visually appealing displays
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
