Senior Architect - Moscow, Russia (Nepali Nationals Preferred)

Our architectural firm in Moscow is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve creating designs, preparing construction documents, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and sustainable design solutions for various projects
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction documents
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into designs
- Oversee the work of junior architects and ensure project deadlines are met
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants throughout the construction process
- Review project progress to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. We offer opportunities for growth within the company as well as a dynamic work environment.
