Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team
- Provide emotional support and educate patients and their families about their health conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all healthcare protocols, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Kenya (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
