Instrument Technician
As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in different industries. Your main duties will include troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control valves. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance on these instruments to ensure their proper functioning.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as knowledge of different types of instruments and their functions. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician
- Knowledge of various types of instruments and their functions
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments
- Repair or replace faulty components in instruments
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments
- Document all repairs and maintenance performed on instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in instrument technology
Salary: $1600 per month
City: Lusail
Country: Qatar
