Office Assistant - Administrative Support (Clairvaux, France)
As an Office Assistant at our company, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies and equipment. Your role will also include maintaining files and records, assisting with data entry tasks, and coordinating with other departments.
We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
