Administrator - Wiltz, Luxembourg
As an Administrator for our company in Wiltz, Luxembourg, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing day-to-day operations. Your role will involve handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and inventory levels
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as necessary
- Managing travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm).
Accommodation:
This position does not come with accommodation provided. Therefore we prefer candidates who are already living in or willing to relocate to Wiltz.
