Mason Supervisor


Our construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Medina. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in masonry work and the ability to lead and supervise a team of masons.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for a team of masons
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Interpret blueprints and follow construction plans
- Estimate materials, labor, and equipment required for projects
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor progress and provide regular reports to management
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in masonry work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of different types of bricks, stones, and other materials used in construction
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficient in using hand and power tools related to masonry work
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
