Loader Operator

Our construction company in Manama is seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load materials onto trucks or into designated areas on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader efficiently and safely to move materials around the construction site
- Load and unload trucks with various materials such as dirt, gravel, and debris
- Transport materials to designated areas on the site using the loader
- Maintain the loader equipment by performing daily maintenance checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the loader
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations on site
- Keep track of inventory levels for materials loaded and unloaded to ensure accuracy

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders
- Strong understanding of safety procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time

Salary: $1300 per month
