Office Assistant in Acre for Indian Nationals

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Acre. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who have experience working as an office assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as requested
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: $1600 per month.

This position does not require English proficiency. However, candidates must have a valid work visa for Acre. Accommodation will not be provided but we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
