Junior Industrial Engineer

As a Junior Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes. You will work closely with senior engineers to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi with a salary of 1500$ per month. Indian nationals are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing new manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency
- Conduct time studies and develop work instructions
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Support senior engineers in project planning and execution
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Prior experience or internships in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
