Part-Time Concierge in Pokhara
As a part-time concierge in Pokhara, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at our hotel. Your main duties will include greeting guests, answering their inquiries, making reservations, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Make reservations for guests for dining, activities, transportation, etc.
- Handle complaints or issues from guests and find appropriate solutions
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with luggage handling if needed
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests, preferences, and complaints
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a concierge or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions in Pokhara
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
Salary: $1000 per month (based on experience)
