We are searching for a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our network and computer systems, ensuring their smooth operation and security. You will also provide technical support to our employees and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Maintain network security by implementing firewalls and other security measures
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot problems with servers, workstations, printers, and other devices
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure its safety in case of system failure or disaster
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements to the network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with managing Windows Server environments (2008/2012/2016)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of backup solutions such as Veeam or Acronis is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
